I've Got An Injury From HS.....Can I Still Train Jiu-Jitsu?

HECK Yes! 

There are students on our mat every single night who are working around dozens of various injuries.

Could be a wonky leg from that final football game in college 🏈 , or maybe that nagging lower back pain that never seems to go away. 😱 

The Reality is that too many people are putting limitations on themselves that don’t belong there. 🛑 

Now.....technically we have to tell you to make sure you consult a doctor before doing anything like this. 🙄 

But as your soon to be coach…..”Just EFFING do it!” 🗣 🗣 🗣 

Jiu-Jitsu is GROUND FIGHTING for crying out loud. The gravitational force on your joints is greatly reduced, and YOU control how hard you wanna go!

For everyone person who has a legitimate medical concern there are 200 more that have talked themself out of it needlessly. (And I'm being conservative)
